FREE 8 Week Health and Fitness program meetings virtual using HMHB Fitness app, IG Live, & Microsoft Teams. Participants will set personal goals they wish to accomplish, and actively work on them.
Each participant will take away education and demonstration from live Q&A sessions, group coaching, and individual coaching, which will support them and promote their success. Participants are committing to meeting online 2 - 3 times a week for the full 8 weeks.

3/23 Virtual Fitness Classes; AKTIVATE & Healthy is new hot

WEEK 3 Eat Like Your Life Depends on it; Focusing more on meeting nutritional goals; Learn to plan, prep & track meals
