The South Florida Social Justice Common Read series brings together key South Florida institutions and organizations whose missions are related to the advancement of Black history, education, advocacy, and racial and social justice. Our selection for this second common read book is Carol Anderson’s White Rage: The Unspoken Truth of our Racial Divide.
Partners that make the South Florida Social Justice Common Read possible are Florida Memorial University’s Social Justice Institute, Broward County’s African American Research Library and Cultural Center, and the South Florida People of Color.
The Social Justices Common Read is included in Broward County Library’s Stand Up Speak Out Series which highlights issues of social justice that impact the lives of all Broward county residents.
