Many older adults experience concerns about falling and, as a result, restrict their activities. The “A Matter of Balance" program is an 8-week, 2-hour series. The program utilizes trained volunteer coaches to teach individuals practical strategies to prevent/manage falls as well as increase activity levels. Participants must be age 60 and older.
