Draw and Paint your own Watercolor Marine Community

Conference RoomIncorporate a variety of marine life into your own picture of an underwater community.
Colored pencils, markers and watercolor paints will be supplied to complete your artwork. Watercolor painting techniques will be demonstrated, so no prior experience is required.
Reference pictures and easy to follow drawing instructions will be provided for an assortment of fish, corals, shorebirds, etcetera from the marine ecosystems described below:
Intertidal zones, where the ocean meets the land: clams, crabs, sea stars, small fish and shorebirds; can be rocky or sandy
Coral Reefs, found in warm shallow waters: reef fish, urchins, octopus and corals
Estuaries, where freshwater streams or rivers merge with the ocean: seaweeds, marsh grasses, oysters, crabs and waterfowl
