237, Meeting RoomStrength and Balance is a total body workout which focuses on strengthening the arms, legs, and core through movement to improve muscle tone and mobility. Proper footwear is required.
Balance exercises, both seated and standing, are incorporated to improve balance, coordination, and to enhance both stability and flexibility. Proper footwear is required.
