Mark Twain said, “No one likes change except a wet baby.” But there are strategies we can use to adapt and accept change, and even thrive from it.
Linda Sauget is the author of the motivational book, If You Think It, and the author of the monthly column in Boomer Times called “Think YES!” She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois. She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has studied and taught personal development for over 35 years. Linda is a healthcare consultant and Vice President of Bottom Line Systems. She is a Yoga enthusiast with a naturally positive and optimistic outlook.
David Lemonick, M.D., FACEP, FAAEP, graduated with honors from New York Medical College, and then trained in General, Vascular, and Cardio-thoracic surgery in New York City. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, which he practiced in Pittsburgh, PA, before moving to Florida. His current interests include Self-Empowerment, Positive Psychology, Motivation, Spiritual Awakening, and veganism.
