Tips and approaches for business leaders to better handle conflicts both internally and with their customers and clients.
This highly-interactive workshop helps participants hone their approaches to conflict and learn some new ways of handling sensitive and intense interactions. We will engage in exercises and discussion, reflecting on common practices and behaviors in conflict situations.
Participants come away with fresh perspectives on practices for communicating through conflict, for application at work, with family, and beyond.
