Our world has become complicated and life is challenging. It is more important than ever for people to learn methods that help reduce the stress of daily living in order to maintain good health and peace of mind. Each session includes simple practices that are effective in reducing stress and restoring a sense of balance and well-being. Participants have reported improved focus and concentration, better relationships, are more productive and cooperative, and feel greater enjoyment and deeper sense of life-purpose.
Manohara Ferretti, M Div. is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Pastoral Counselor, Meditation and Stress Management Specialist. She founded and developed the Feldman Center for Optimal Health at Holy Cross Hospital and worked there as the coordinator of the Mind, Body & Medicine program from 2004-2009. Rev. Manohara is an ordained Interfaith Minister with a BA from Boston College and an MA from Northwestern University. She received her training in Clinical Pastoral Care at Jackson Health System in Miami. She has worked with people of all ages including the terminally ill, formerly incarcerated adults, grieving families, elders, and young adults entering the workforce. Trained in a variety of Eastern meditation techniques by renowned spiritual teachers, Manohara has conducted meditation classes and workshops for the past 27 years.
