In honor of Black History Month, the AARLCC presents Positively Africa! Julius and Julia Sanna of Afro-fusion band, Positively Africa, share songs, dances and personal stories from the Luo and Zigua tribes of Africa in a live concert in the theater. We are taking it back to where Black History began! On the continent of Africa!
This presentation will introduce the audience to African songs, stories and traditions that connect us to our ancestors and shows how African influences abound in American culture.
