Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. Registration is required. Limited to 15.
This is a 6-week series class; all participants need to register and come to all the classes from the beginning. This is provided thanks to Area Agency on Aging of Broward. Classes will be held on Wednesdays at 2pm, and Thursdays at 11am. The series will be held twice a week -- participants need to attend both classes.
