Nourish your mind and body this fall with a 6-week chair yoga series led by certified instructor Debbie Morrison. Join us for these free morning sessions, where empowerment meets self-care in a welcoming community space. Whether you're seeking stress relief, joyful movement, or mindful connection, all experience levels are celebrated.
Chair Yoga can help to improve your balance and flexibility. You may bring your own yoga mat, if you prefer, or the instructor will provide mats.
