Join us as Jeannie Schmidle, Master Gardener Volunteer, with the University of Florida/IFAS Extension Broward County Faculty and Master Gardener Volunteers Speaker Bureau, presents this informative program.
Jeannie is a dynamic Master Gardener Volunteer who is currently presenting a show on PBS called "Rooted in Florida." You can search for her on YouTube.com.
Learn the basics of growing vegetables at home, including how to choose the right location, prepare the soil, and select beginner-friendly plants. Participants learn important care tips such as watering, fertilizing, and managing pests to enjoy a healthy and productive garden.
