A chair exercise program for seniors that works out your brain as well as your body. Join Ageless Grace Certified Educator, Eleanor Robinson, in-person at the Weston Library.
Ageless Grace is a fun, creative and playful chair exercise program for seniors that works out your brain as well as your body. The exercises are focused on natural, everyday movements and are designed for all ages and abilities.
Based on the science of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain and central nervous system to change its form and function specifically when stimulated with physical movement. Participants get their bodies moving while creating new patterns for the brain. This helps stave off mental decline and helps mature adults live longer, healthier, happier lives.
