Bend, stretch and play while learning traditional yoga techniques with Ms. Melanie.
Children ages 6-10 will learn traditional yoga poses as well as techniques for breathing, relaxation and mindfulness from Ms. Melanie. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water-bottle to stay hydrated. Yoga mats will be provided by the instructor.
