A film and discussion on the young, queer experience.
The Art and Culture Center/Hollywood's new documentary film short Open Dialogues: Gen QueerZ captures the LGBTQ+ narratives and performances of eight South Florida college and university students. Coinciding with National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11, the stories in Gen QueerZ reflect a diversity of gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and academic areas while exploring allyship, threats, and family dynamics while being "out" at home with caregivers.
