Everglades RoomA slow & gentle 8-week activity designed to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, & relaxation. Commonly decreases pain & falls also increases harmony in the mind & body. Must be age 60+.
Registration is required. Participants must be age 60 or older and must attend the series by Week 2 (June 13, 2023) to complete registration.
This 8-week Tai Chi series is designed to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Learn together with others the slow, gentle, and tranquil movements of Tai Chi which are known to decrease pain and falls; enable harmony in mind and body; and improve overall well-being. If you have already taken the “A Matter of Balance” series this is a great program series to take.
