Walk in and meet with the Adult Success Coach to get help with job applications, resumes, and more!
Looking for a job or need help taking your next career step? We're here to help!
Visit the library for personalized, one-on-one assistance with our Adult Success Coach. Whether you're starting your job search, applying for positions, or creating or updating your resume, get practical guidance and support to help you move forward.
How We Can Help:
Search for job opportunities and navigate online job postings.
Complete online job applications.
Create, update, or improve your resume.
Access and use online library career and employment resources.
Receive individualized job search guidance using laptops and tablets available during the program.
How Walk-In Assistance Works:
This program provides one-on-one assistance on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis during scheduled program hours.
Check in when you arrive: Visit the Information Services Desk to add your name to the program's walk-in sign-in sheet.
First come, first served: The Adult Success Coach assists participants in the order they sign in on the day of the program.
Session times vary: The amount of time with the coach depends on each participant's needs and the number of people waiting.
Additional visits may be needed: Assistance is provided as time permits. Depending on attendance and your needs, you may need to return on another scheduled program date for assistance or additional support.
Register Today for Program Reminders!
Register for the program dates you plan to attend to receive helpful reminders about upcoming sessions.
Please note: Registration provides program reminders only. It does not schedule an appointment or reserve a place in the walk-in line. Your place in line is determined when you arrive at the library and sign in on the program's walk-in sign-in sheet at the Information Services Desk.
No library card is required to participate.
We look forward to helping you take your next step toward employment success!

This event is sponsored by the Albert and Ann Jacobs Trust Fund, a fund of the Broward Public Library Foundation Endowment.
