Access to the upstairs walkway from the parking garage to the Main Library is via the City of Fort Lauderdale garage’s SE First Avenue ramp, just north of SE 2nd Street, opposite the Main Library’s east side ground floor entrance. Participants can either use the Pay By Phone App or pay at the machine by card or cash - they just need to notice the location number within the garage where they parked.
For Fort Lauderdale residents there is a Pay By Phone App discount with proof of residency, either online or by going to the City parking services office:
