Insanity is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise class that is designed to keep your body working at maximum capacity throughout the entire workout. No equipment necessary.
Registration Required
It is a full body workout that includes cardio, strength, balance, plyometrics, abs, and stretching, and requires no equipment. This class is for all ages and abilities as all exercises can be modified. Bring water, a towel, and yoga mat if you have one. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
