Ask Us Anything: Computers, Smartphones and Tablets
Presented by Teen Volunteers and Library Staff
Wednesday, July 22
1:00pm - 2:30pm
Need help with understanding how to use your computer, phone, or tablet? Please bring one device, a notebook and a pen. Write down two of your most important technology questions in your notebook.
High school students need community service hours for graduation and scholarships, so the library branch can offer more sessions of this program during the summer months.
Please note we typically are unable to provide one-one-one tutoring during the class. Typically, we separate people into small groups based upon what device they need help with (Apple, Android, Microsoft or Kindle) and attendees take turns asking questions related to a specific device or software application.
Are you having problems setting up that email account? Did you get a new iPhone or iPad and would like a demonstration? Want to get those eBooks on your tablet? Curious about how to use a computer?
No need to worry, as we are providing a medium where you can take all your technological needs and queries and receive training that is specific to your needs.
We help with Android (smartphones or tablets), Apple (iPhone or iPad), Microsoft Windows laptops, and Kindle eBook readers.
