The “A Matter of Balance Program” is an 8-week series. Learn practical strategies to prevent/manage falls and increase activity levels. Participants must be aged 60 and older.

To provide this opportunity to the widest audience possible, registration for this program is limited to individuals that have not previously registered & attended the course.
Registration is required. Participants must be age 60 or older and must attend by Week 2 (June 11, 2024 ) to complete registration.
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and, as a result, restrict their activities. The “A Matter of Balance Program” is an 8-week, 2-hour series. The program utilizes trained volunteer coaches to teach individuals practical strategies to prevent/manage falls as well as increase activity levels. Sessions include: videos, discussions, exercises, and a presentation by an allied healthcare professional. Participants must be aged 60 and older.
