Walking in a Rhythm Wonderland
an interactive poetry workshop
Wednesday, June 24
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Published poet Oak Morse, presents a workshop that blends live performance, discussion and hands-on writing.
Participants explore how rhythm, repetition, and sound shape meaning, then immediately apply those techniques to create their own work. For both new and experienced writers, the workshop introduces four powerful devices: anaphora, epistrophe, motif, and alliteration, through engaging examples and guided exercises. At the end, attendees leave inspired, energized, and with original poems they can continue developing.
