Through a Kamishibai (Japanese picture story), discover a folk tale from Japan. Afterward, have fun with a related hands-on activity!
The Peach Boy, Momotaro: An old couple finds a baby boy in a peach, who grows to be magically strong but must learn how to use his strength wisely.
(Kamishibai, literally “paper theater” in Japanese, is a form of storytelling that combines a set of standard-size illustrated paper cards paired with a scripted performance by a narrator).
Ages (child - K- 4th Grades); Program (45-60 minutes)
*space is limited (30); registration required for each attendee.
