Author and presenter Linda Sauget and Dr. David Lemonick, retired MD, will provide us with insights from Harvard’s renown study on happiness directed by Dr. George Valliant.
David Lemonick, M.D., FACEP, FAAEP, graduated with honors from New York Medical College, and then trained in General, Vascular, and Cardio-thoracic surgery in New York City. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, which he practiced in Pittsburgh, PA, before moving to Florida. His current interests include Self-Empowerment, Positive Psychology, Motivation, Spiritual Awakening, Veganism and Endurance Sports.
Linda Sauget is the author of the motivational book, If You Think It, and the author of the monthly column in Boomer Times called “Think YES!” She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois. She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has studied and taught personal development for over 35 years. Before Linda retired she was a healthcare consultant and Vice President at Bottom Line Systems. She is a Yoga enthusiast with a naturally positive and optimistic outlook.
