Join us as we enjoy a session of POUND® Fitness with Marcy Siegal, certified POUND Fitness and Pilates Instructor! POUND is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines cardio, Pilates, yoga, and strength training—all set to the beat of incredible music. Participants use lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix® to “rock out” while moving through squats, lunges, core work, and more. This version will be modified for older and beginner level participants.
It’s not just a workout—it’s an experience that boosts energy, relieves stress, and brings people together in a fun, empowering way. Let’s move, drum, and smile together!
Registration required. Bring your mat, towel and re-fillable water bottle.
