Unearth a Story Scavenger Hunt
Find 4 dig sites and collect a small reward!
Thursday, July 23
10:30am - 5:30pm
Families are invited to join a self-guided scavenger hunt in the youth department. Find all four dig sites, complete the scavenger hunt sheet, and collect a small prize
Join us for the Unearth a Story Scavenger Hunt, a fun self-guided activity for families with children from toddlers through age 12.
Families can pick up a scavenger hunt sheet at the Information Desk. Children will search the youth department for four decorated dig site boxes: Dig Site 1, Dig Site 2, Dig Site 3, and Dig Site 4. At each dig site, families will read or listen to a simple clue and check off the discovery on their sheet.
After finding all four dig sites, children can bring their completed scavenger hunt sheet back to the Information Desk to collect a small prize. Toddlers may receive a dinosaur sticker.
This activity is designed to be easy, playful, and family-friendly. Caregivers are encouraged to participate with younger children.
Supported by the Friends of the Century Plaza Library.
