Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. Registration is required. Only 15 spots.
This is a 6-week series class. All participants must register for all classes, both Wednesday and Thursday from the very first class. These classes are provided thanks to Area Agency on Aging of Broward.
**No classes will be available on March 13th and March 20th due to previously scheduled events; Wednesday classes on March 12th and March 19th are available. Thank you.**
