The film Jurassic Park featured advanced biotechnology and a plot to steal the intellectual property of the fictional InGen corporation.
If it were possible to actually clone dinosaurs, could that technology be patented? Using Jurassic Park as an example, we will have a discussion of what intellectual property is, how it works, and how it can be legally protected.
