There is a 5-minute courtesy wait time for all appointments
Walk-ins are welcome, but taxpayers with appointments have priority
For Joint Tax Returns, both taxpayers must be present
Required Documents for tax assistance:
Government ID ( Driver's License or State ID)
Social Security Card or Year End Social Security Benefit Statement (taxpayers, spouse and all beneficiary)
Hard copies of all Tax Documents (1099s, W2 SSA-1099, Broker Statements)
Last year tax return & voided check
If a joint tax return is needed, both taxpayer and spouse needs to be present
