Meet our Community Nutrition Educator Ms. Brinya Kydd ! She'll be exploring tips and tricks on how to incorporate healthier, nutrient-dense foods into your diet without giving up the foods you love! She'll also demonstrate how to make Chicken Fruit Salad- a healthy flavorful dish that combines lean chicken breast with sweet, vitamin C-rich fruits for a refreshing and nutritious meal.
