Stress is encountered by everyone disregarding age, gender or socio economic status. How you respond to stress is what makes the biggest difference over all in your health and well-being.
During this presentation we will discuss stress in its various forms. It will be defined and categorized so that the everyday person can recognize and have an understanding of what they are going thru or may encounter on a regular basis. With this understanding you will be able to manage and reduce the affects of stress on our mind and body so that we can maintain a healthy lifestyle. Open to 18 and over.
