Join Cathy Whitt, Community Wellness Specialist for Holy Cross Health: Community Health & Well-Being, as she guides us through a 30-minute Chair Yoga class.
This beginner’s class, which focuses on flexibility, building strength and stability, and deep breathing, is appropriate for all fitness levels. The practice of Yoga is also believed to help improve mental health and overall well-being.
