Dr. Subbarayan Pochi is the Founding Director of MPRS Office Management Services LLC, a back-office support company serving small businesses across the globe. With over 25 years of diverse experience—including 15 years as a faculty member at the University of Miami and 10+ years as a successful entrepreneur—Dr. Pochi brings together academic insight and hands-on business operations.
He is a published author, having written more than 28 peer-reviewed scientific articles, contributed book chapters, and presented research at international conferences. His professional journey began in India, and expanded through roles in Japan, the United States, and China, giving him a uniquely global perspective on work, delegation, and business systems.
His firm, MPRS OMS, specializes in administrative support, bookkeeping, web development, and more—helping entrepreneurs “Get More Done, For Less.” Dr. Pochi is passionate about empowering small business owners with the tools and knowledge to scale sustainably using outsourcing as a growth strategy.
