Journals or recipe cards

Welcome & Reading (10 min)
TAB member reads a short passage about a Black chef or food tradition.
Guest Demo (30 min)
Guest artist leads a no-cook food activity.
TAB members assist with prep and safety.
Storytelling Circle (15 min)
Youth share stories about favorite family meals or food memories.
TAB members model sharing and encourage participation.
Wrap-Up (5 min)
Bonus Program: “Crochet & Create”
