Self-defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange (S.A.F.E.) is an unparalleled 2-hour educational awareness, crime-victim prevention program – encompassing Strategies, Techniques, Options, and Prevention – that provides teenage and adult women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the physical aspects of self-defense. Self-defense awareness and familiarization for women age 13 and up. Space is limited. Registration required. Waivers are required for participation and will be provided on the day of the event.
