A fall prevention program for the elderly is a comprehensive program designed to reduce the risk of falls among older adults. The program aims to improve balance, coordination, and strength through exercise and physical therapy. The program also educates participants on safe home modifications and fall prevention techniques, as well as providing information on medication management and vision/hearing assessments. The program is designed to be both preventative and rehabilitative, with the goal of helping seniors maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and reduce the risk of serious injury from a fall.
