Teens pick a blank bear figure or tiny canvas (or both) to paint and personalize. All supplies provided; just bring creativity! Sponsored by Friends of the Century Plaza Library.
Calling all teen artists! Drop in for an open-studio session where you decide your canvas:
Option 1 – 3-D Bear Figure
Grab a smooth, ready-to-decorate bear (about 6” tall). Use acrylics, glitter, gems, or markers to transform it into a one-of-a-kind collectible.
Option 2 – Mini Easel Canvas Prefer 2-D? Paint a 4” x 4” stretched canvas that comes with its own mini easel—perfect for displaying your masterpiece at the library or home.
Feeling extra? Do both!
Why you’ll love it:
Who can attend? Teens ages 12–18 (grades 6–12). No experience needed.
Cost: Free! All materials supplied while they last.
