Join us at Broward County's Kitten Care Workshop! Learn from experts, meet adorable kittens, and discover how you can help during kitten season. A heartwarming experience for all.
Help take care of some of Broward County’s most vulnerable animals during the height of kitten season. Kitten season, a time when many mother cats birth their litters, lasts from March until October.
Kitten Care, an award-winning program between Broward County Animal Care and Broward County Libraries, will teach attendees how to take care of abandoned kittens they may find in their communities. This informational session will be led by members of Animal Care’s foster team at select library locations.
There will be bottle-feeding demonstrations, real kittens, and opportunities to become a neonatal kitten foster parent. The event is for all ages.
