Join Robert Anstett for an introduction to the Traveller Roleplaying Game. First published by Game Designers' Workshop in 1977, Traveller has greatly influenced the world of videogame and tabletop design. Traveller is a long-beloved science fiction roleplaying game, with a vast universe to explore. As such, it can be a little intimidating for the newcomer, an easy introduction will soon have you voyaging to distant worlds and exploring ancient civilizations while you try to keep your ship flying! Welcome to the Far Future. You are taking your first steps into a universe that will keep you playing for years.
Participants will not need to bring anything; all supplies will be provided. At the end of the session, players will walk away with a copy of their character played during the session and a copy of the ruleset so they can continue their adventures on their own after the session!
