Kick-off your summer at South Regional Library learning about West African culture.
Come join us for our Summer Learning kick-off as we host a one-hour Interactive West African Dance Session. Participants will learn lively dances that embody freedom and joy. We'll explore fundamental movements with a focus on celebrating the spirit of Juneteenth. No prior experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to wear a red article of clothing to commemorate Juneteenth. Come prepared to move and have fun! Registration is encouraged as space is limited.
