Part 1-B is a continuation of the summer series. This 8-week series is designed to improve movement, balance, strength, and flexibility. Participants must be age 60+. Registration is for all dates.
This 8-week Tai Chi series is designed to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Participants learn Tai Chi movements which are known to help decrease pain, reduce falls, and improve overall well-being.
