If we are not experiencing gratitude, we are not paying attention. There are endless things to appreciate if we would just start noticing the things we take for granted.

She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has studied and taught personal development for over 35 years. Before Linda retired she was a healthcare consultant and Vice President at Bottom Line Systems. She is a Yoga enthusiast with a naturally positive and optimistic outlook.
