Join us for an in-person, two part series workshop about gardening. Open to adults and children.
Held at the Miramar Library' Lobby, in partnership with Miramar Community Garden.
The first class in this two part series will be held on June 11th. Participants will earn about Composting. Did you know organic matter like kitchen scraps can be turned into soil that can be used in your garden at home?
The second class in the series will be held on July 30th. You'll learn about Vermiculture. Which is the use of worms to speed up the composting process. Worms help organic matter turn into soil faster so it can be used in your garden!
