Learn the art of creative writing, with presenter Peter Tiernan, and Color Our World - one story at a time!
Join us as Creative Writing teacher, Peter Tiernan, engages us in learning creative writing techniques that will take your work to the next level!
Participants will then use some of these techniques and tips to write a paragraph based on a image that you will be given.
Those who travelled to the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park will have images of those experiences.
Those new to the class, will be given images, as well. A few participants will be asked to share their work with the group.

Peter Tiernan is a Florida educator with 20 years experience teaching creative writing to high school and middle school students. Along with writing in his free time, one of his greatest pleasures is reading great authors and examining their techniques. When not writing or reading fiction, he enjoys designing educational content for his classes, which led to the creation of the YouTube channel Grammatically Correct--currently being rebranded as Rebel Grammar--a platform designed to teach sentence structure to students and adults.
