In this heartfelt session, Tanu will share her powerful personal journey — from a high-profile career in journalism to the depths of burnout, injury, and emotional disconnection, and ultimately, to a soul-led path of healing and transformation.
Her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and the quiet courage it takes to start over when everything on the outside says you “should” be happy, but your heart knows something’s missing.

About the Speaker
Tanu Ojha Singh spent over a decade in Indian media, achieving the success that many dream of — name, fame, money, and powerful connections. But internally, she felt a persistent void. After a series of physical injuries and deep emotional unrest, she embarked on a journey of inner healing, exploring mysticism, mindfulness, radical healing, and hypnotherapy.
Today, she helps emotionally sensitive individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves through donation-based hypnotherapy and holistic coaching. Her mission is to create space for healing that’s accessible, compassionate, and soul-aligned.
CreativeZen was born out of a desire for Choose954 to connect, engage, and inspire our local creative community with support from Nova Southeastern University's Alvin Sherman Library and their Circle Of Friends board. We open the doors 30 minutes before the talk starts to mix, meet, and mingle with fellow likeminded members of our community.
Every Creative Zen event includes a complimentary guided meditation before a short inspiring and thought provoking talk during the second Friday morning of the month. All Creative Zen events are free of charge and open to the community, being creative is not required!
