Our speaker Trisha Sindler Fuchs is an Attorney Advisor to the Miami Regional Office of the SEC. Ms. Fuchs has been an attorney with the SEC for over 25 years. She works in the Investor Assistance program where she helps members of the investing public, assists in processing tips and complaints, and conducts outreach on behalf of the agency to promote the Commission’s mission to protect investors.
