Mental Health Awareness Make and Take Activity for Families in Youth Services Area on 2nd Floor of the Library
The program highlights and encourages positive reinforcement of mental health for families by providing an activity to create positivity jars that participants fill with encouraging statements to use for 31 days. Participants wrap or bag the completed positivity jar and can give to a friend, loved one (mom, aunt, etc.) or use themselves to pull an encouraging word each day for a month and then refill and repeat. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health! This program runs May 1, 6, 7, and 8, 2p-3p. While supplies last! Walk in, no registration required.
