Prepare for the SAT and ACT with this intensive, 5-session workshop. This program will be presented in person at the Southwest Regional Library branch, for High School students in grades 10-12.
Join intensive in-person sessions to prepare for the SAT and ACT tests! This program is reserved for High School students in grades 10-12. Discover how prior student participants - who once considered themselves bad test-takers - easily increased their scores to earn Bright Futures scholarships and even enter prestigious colleges and universities, such as MIT, Harvard, and Stanford. Class sessions include Math, Grammar, & Reading practice test sections and intensive test-taking strategies. The main focal components include fundamentals, technique, recognition/reaction, and timing manipulation. This intensive program is comparable to that of an expensive ACT or SAT test-prep course.
*Student participants are asked to commit to all 5 sessions.
Session Dates: August 1, 3, 8, 10, & 15, from 2pm - 3:30pm.
Once you have committed to this 5-session workshop, you will receive additional reminders via email or phone. Please call Southwest Regional Library at 954-357-6580 for more information.
