Join us to solve this interactive murder mystery play with producer/director Barbara Fox.
Barbara Fox, playing the roles of a television reporter, narrates and manages the story. Before she begins, several audience members are given parts to read. You become the suspects or detectives, informers or victims, even the murderer! You will receive a few pages of the script with your parts highlighted and you will stand and read the part loudly and in character at the appropriate time. No one has to learn the lines and no one has more than three or four short speeches. The lines are said right from the person’s seat.
Barbara Fox is the producer/director of Mystery on the Menu, an interactive theater company she founded in 1986, She is the author of several mystery novels and children’s books and has produced mystery games to be played either in person or virtually. Barbara lives in Hollywood, Fl. where she enjoys the beach, line dancing, movies and going cruises.
Programs in the Cultural Gems series are free to Friends of North Regional/BC Library members and Broward College students. Fee for non-members is $5 per program.
