Dinosaurs
Unearth a Story This Summer with Mad Science of Palm Beach
Thursday, June 25
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Hallandale Beach Branch
Multipurpose RoomSponsored by the Broward Public Library Foundation.
Dinosaurs: Kids (ages 5-7) examine fossil casts and explore the differences in the teeth of herbivorous and carnivorous dinosaurs. Students participate in a mini dinosaur excavation and make a cast of a dinosaur tooth to take home.
Space is limited to 20 school aged children, registration required for each attendee.
Mad Science of Palm Beach believes that fostering a love for science, technology, engineering and math at a young age will give children the confidence they need to excel in STEM fields tomorrow. Kids enjoy engaging demos, perform simple experiments, and discover how science helps us understand our world. Our elementary-level in-class interactive workshops are aligned to STEM objectives and are curriculum correlated for each grade level.

This program was sponsored by The Broward Public Library Foundation.
